Enhanced Masterpiece® Real-Time Agency Interface

Chubb Personal Insurance has introduced a new, enhanced version of our Masterpiece processing system — called Masterpiece® Real-Time. The Real-Time interface was designed with extensive agency input and provides our personal lines agents and brokers with fast, easy-to-use processing for most policy transactions. Masterpiece Real-Time resides on @Chubb.

In late 2006, we completed the deployment of Real-Time to our internal staff and those agencies that had been using the earlier Masterpiece II interface version. Deployment of Real-Time to all of our remaining agencies is taking place throughout the first half of 2007. If your agency has not yet been deployed, you will soon hear more about Masterpiece Real-Time from your CPI marketing specialist.

  • "Transaction description" field, for ease of future reference and download into agency management systems
  • Clearly defined coverage options
  • "Copy" feature for transactions effective on expiring/renewing policy terms
  • Ability to complete a "substitute vehicle" endorsement in a single step
  • Automatic fill-in fields for vehicle year, make, model, etc., based on VIN
  • Single, same-day transaction for mortgagee-to-mortgagee "change of payer"
